Delivery Fees

Local Delivery for EL VIAJERO orders is subject to a delivery fee, unless you are also a Ruteros customer. Just send us your Ruteros Local Delivery order #ID and we will refund your EL VIAJERO Local Delivery fees!

The orders will be delivered together, so they must be for the same delivery address. Fees will be refunded to the original payment method.

We are unable to leave alcohol unattended at a delivery address if nobody is there to receive it, so please let us know if you won't be there to receive it.

Delivery Fees

Please note that our alcohol license only allows us to deliver purchases to you. We are not able to offer in store pickup or click and collect.

EL VIAJERO is the only store in the Bay of Plenty specialising in imported Latin American alcoholic beverages. We offer courier shipping throughout New Zealand, as well as Local Delivery to Papamoa, Mount Maunganui, Tauranga and Te Puke.
